Shibya Pandey is the Paralegal at Castel & Hall, LLP. Ms. Pandey is passionate about Immigration and Juvenile Law. She holds a Master of Law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where she attended on a merit-based scholarship. Ms. Pandey also holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Lloyd Law College in India, where she conducted extensive research and participated in several national and international Moot Court competitions. While attending law school in India, Ms. Pandey was sent to Bangladesh on a scholarship to study the human rights conditions there. Ms. Pandey has done several internships at numerous courts and governmental organizations, including the Supreme Court of India. Prior to joining Castel & Hall, LLP, Ms. Pandey interned at Cohan, Rasnick, Plaut, LLP, where she worked extensively on cases involving employment, estate, and insurance law. Ms. Pandey is exceptionally organized, self-driven, and motivated. She is a staunch feminist and advocate for equality and justice. Ms. Pandey is preparing to take the Massachusetts Bar Exam in the near future.
