Mr. Muwanguzi is the Legal Technologies Director at Castel & Hall, LLP., where he is responsible for the firm’s legal technology compliance and infrastructure, while also driving alternative strategies for the firm’s virtual business. Mr. Muwanguzi is a admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of Uganda. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, a diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, Kampala, a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Leicester in International Commercial Law, and a second Master of Laws Degree from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. Prior to working at Castel & Hall, LLP, Patrick worked with the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional affairs in Uganda and as an independent legal consultant for the United Nations Development Programme, where he advised on national fiscal programs and strategies. Mr. Muwanguzi also has experience driving fiscal policy consultation and advocacy, having worked in the United Kingdom with the Fair Trials organization where he assisted in the rescue of British nationals from incarceration in foreign countries.
