Most of the consumer protection laws are made so that businesses and
companies are incapable of committing fraud or certain specified unfair
practices in order for themselves to gain a lead over their competitors, and
also so that they or are incapable of misleading their consumers. This
write-up is a summation of one of such laws as applied in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As of the end of 2020, one of the most discussed aspects of the U.S.
immigration regime is a policy known as Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals, also known as DACA. DACA was implemented in 2012 under
the Obama administration, and the formal law stemmed from the
DREAM Act, which had been proposed then, and on several other
occasions, since 2001 but has yet to be passed through both houses of
Congress, as of the authorship of this article.
People often confuse or completely negate the different classifications
of medical wrongdoing. An assumption exists within our society that all instances of such behavior constitutes medical malpractice, and yet such is only one avenue a plaintiff may pursue in hopes of recovery.
