Attorney Danny Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts. He obtained his law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in Massachusetts.
Prior to attending law school, Attorney Richard worked for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) as a compliance officer/Investigator, helping to protect the rights of those who were being discriminated against. Attorney Richard currently has experience in the following areas of law: including but not limited to discrimination law, family law, contract law, consumer protection law, bankruptcy law, landlord tenant law, real estate law, personal injury law, employment law, workers comp., criminal law, tax law, and estate planning.
